    1. @ Poly Lohith

The minimum pass marks for all polytechnic practical exams is 50% that means if you appear for exam for 100 marks then you have to obtain minimum 50 marks to pass. Or for example, if you write end exam for 60 marks then you need to secure minimum 30 marks. Or if you write 40 marks of sessional or also called internal exam then you have to get 20 marks. So finally you can understand that you need to gain minimum half percentage of marks in any one of practical exams.

      Delete
  6. sir,i want to clarify a bit doubt, that is if the result of the experiment get's wrong it does not mean that fail in practical exam.please say me.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If you did experiment in wrong then its does not mean you'll fail in practical exam. Because the college management will not fail any candidate due to small reasons and they'll try to give at least pass marks to you even you failed to do given experiment successfully. So don't worry anymore.

    1. Thanks for your valuable comment vishnu. But unfortunately the POLYCET being conducted by SBTET is just limited only to get admission in institutes across the Andhra Pradesh state. So to join polytechnic course in any other states you should have to appear for it's relevant common entrance tests conducted by that state governments. For example, if you want to admission into polytechnic in tamilnadu then you may have to write test conducted by TNDTE. And in maharashtra state the test will be conducted by DTE Maharashtra. So for admission into polytechnic in any state you must have to appear for it's relevant test conducted by concerned state board of directorate of technical education. Also you should have to belongs to that state and need to satisfy their eligibility or requirements for admission. So please contact that concerned board head office for more information that where you're going to stay. Or you have chance to buy seat in polytechnic course in that area without appearing for any entrance test.

    1. Minimum pass marks in Polytechnic exams is 28 out of 80 marks. Actually, the pass marks is 35 if the end exam is held for 100 marks. But, the remaining 20 marks will be added from internal or mid exams. So you should need to obtain minimum qualifying marks 28.

  10. sir howmuch marks geting to rank

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. To obtain rank in polytechnic course common entrance test POLYCET you should need to secure at least minimum qualifying percentage of marks. The minimum pass percentage is 30% that means you have to get 36 out of total 120 marks at least. Any candidate with above 36 marks will get rank and available to attend for counseling. And there is no minimum qualifying marks mentioned for reserved categories and special categories.

    1. Thanks for your comment Saleem and we're sorry about things happened to your brother. But unfortunately if once the internal, sessional or mid exam marks entered by college management on their official site and confirmed by board then it's impossible to re-edit that marks or to re-enter. So you can understand that the internal marks will not be awarded to your brother again. So your brother should have to obtain 50 marks in drawing subject.
